- Free 100% warranty fees, free shipping 2 ways within 30 days from the day of delivery.
- After 30 days, please pay the warranty fees and shipping fees.
- Free polishing for 2 years.

For jewelry with diamonds or precious stones:

- In case the diamond or gem is broken, lost, or scratched, Dot Dot Gem will support replacing the diamond or similar gem with a 10% discount compared to the listed price at the time of warranty.

- However, customers should note that the following 2 cases will not be eligible for warranty service at Dot Dot Gem, including:

Jewelry is lost, broken, deformed, or severely damaged
The customer loses the warranty or fails to provide the product traceability invoice.

For Forever Bracelet products:

Warranty Policy is only in Vietnam territory. Warranty Policies don't apply to other countries.

1. The chain is broken but the customer still keeps the chain: Dot Dot Gem re-welded for free.

2. The chain is broken but the customer cannot keep the chain:

• Within 48H: Free new round for customers, no fee include.
• After 48H- 1 week: Dot Dot Gem reduces the cost of the same round by 30%.
• After 1 week - 1 month: Dot Dot Gem reduces the cost of the same round by 10%.
• After 1 month: The customer resumes a new round at full price.

3. Aftercare:

• Be mindful of your day-to-day activities.
• Should wear a wrist cover when you are sporty and active.
• Use gentle soap and a soft brush to clean dirt.
• Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Remove with care.
